A mokkai is defined as a comedy or a joke without a laugh.
Some of the qualities are,

• No one will laugh after a mokkai
• Every one will say oshhhh
• A strong mokkai can even cause blood in ears
• The speciality in it is that every one can put mokkai (like me)
